Vibhantika Dwivedi,

Vibhantika Dwivedi, is pursuing Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi researching on a very contemporary and significant topic ‘Artificial Intelligence’. She has completed her L.L.B. and LL.M. from University of Lucknow and bagged more than 15 Gold Medals. She qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professorship and was awarded Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). The author has an excellent record in both academic and extra-curricular activities. She has participation in various National and International moot courts, debates, seminars, workshops and conferences organized at Delhi University, RMLNLU Lucknow, NLIU Bhopal and RGNUL, Patiala, etc. She has won Spirit of Surana award at NLIU Bhopal and a National Level appreciation in Film making on Legal and Societal issues. She served as the President of the Meritorious Student Council at University of Lucknow. She has also published various research papers in UGC care, SCOPUS and peer reviewed referred journals on multidisciplinary topics. She has a keen interest in Constitutional, Administrative, and Criminal laws.
