Vaibhavi Pandey

Vaibhavi Pandey was born on the Christmas eve of 2005 in Secunderabad, India. Raised in Northern India in the 2000’s, she started reading at an early age, fascinated by the cheesy world of Geronimo and Thea Stilton. Soon enough she was 11 and reading fiction, fantasy and YA novels, as well as exploring the classics. Having had a literary interest for years, she started writing her own poetry, finding it a meaningful way to express herself, alongside classical dance. When she’s not playing with her sister or studying in her room with headphones on (Taylor Swift, Queen, The Beatles!), you can find her either reading a good ol’ YA book or writing yet another poem. Bronze and Mahogany is her debut, split into the sections ‘16’, ‘15’ and ‘14’ signifying the age at which the poems were written.
