Soumya Ragunathan

Soumya Ragunathan was born in India and currently lives in Atlanta, USA, with her husband and two sons, 11 and 7 years of age. While she is an engineer by education and profession, her traditional upbringing in Chennai has played a huge role in her interest in exploring her roots. She is a lifelong student of Saṃskṛtam, Tamiḻ, Āyurvēda, Yōga and the rich Bhāratīya culture at large. She is passionate about sharing her learnings by providing counseling in Āyurvēda and Yōga, and also by teaching ślōkas and traditional stories to her own and other kids.
