Shambhu Nath Mishra

The Auhtor, Shambhu Nath Mishra, is a Ph.D. Scholar at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University, Lucknow specializing in Intellectual Property Rights. He has qualified UGC NET for Assistant Professorship in Law. He completed his LLB Hons. from University of Lucknow and LLM from National Law University, Jodhpur. The author has good record in both academic and extra-curricular activities. He was the runner up in the prestigious 14th K. K. Luthra International Moot Court Competition. He has participation in various National and International moot courts, debates, seminars, workshops and conferences organized at Delhi University, RMLNLU Lucknow and RGNUL, Patiala, etc. He has also published various research papers in UGC care, SCOPUS and peer reviewed referred journals on multidisciplinary topics.
