Dr.Subhajit Mukherjee

Dr.Subhajit Mukherjee is presently working as Assistant Professor, Dept. of Chemistry, Seacom Skills University, Bolpur, West Bengal, India. After completion of B.ScChemistry (Honours) from the University of Burdwan, SuriVidyasagar College, Birbhum, Dr. Mukherjee completed M.Sc. in Chemistry from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur.Then he did Ph.D (Chemistry) from NIT, Durgapur in 2018 on ‘In Vitro Anticancer Property of Pt(II) And Pd(II) Complexes With (N,N) Bidentate Ligand: Kinetics, Bioactivity And Theoretical Study’. After that he completed One year post-doctoral research at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Shanghai, China with Prof.Jinyao Liu where the research project was mostly based on “Bacterial based oral vaccines for preventing intestinal barrier injury” funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Shanghai Municipal Education commission-Gaofeng Clinical Medicine Grant Support.He also worked as Indo-Austria cooperation research fellow in the laboratory of ‘Vienna University of Technology’, Vienna, Austria, Europe under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Wolfgang Linert, Dept. of Chemistry, Vienna University of Technology. He published more than 30 research papers in different reputed journals. Dr. Mukherjee also received many awards like Institute Gold Medal in M.Sc., DST-Inspire Fellowship, Merit cum means scholarship from Govt. of West Bengal, International Collaboration Research Fellowship from Vienna University of Technology Vienna, Austria etc
