Dr. Shashidhar P Naik

Dr. Shashidhar P Naik M.D. (Ayu) presently he is working as Vice Principal at BLDEA’S AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya and Research Centre, Vijayapur, Karnataka and having 17 years of experience in the field of Dravyaguna. He has completed his Under Graduation in the year 2002 from DGM Ayurvedic Medical College Gadag, Karnataka and Post-Graduation in the year 2005 from Government Ayurvedic Medical College Bangalore, Karnataka with specialization in the subject of Dravyaguna. He joined as a Lecturer in the year 2005 at AVS Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Vijayapur, Karnataka and now he is the Professor and Head of the Department of PG Studies in Dravyaguna. He has published many articles in National and International journals, invited as Resource Person and also he is a senior editor for Journal of Ayurveda and Integrated Medical Sciences (JAIMS). He is a recognized guide from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka and guided many Post Graduate Scholars. He is having field of interest in Academics, Research and Social Service
