Dr. Shalu Katyal

Dr. ShaluKatyal has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Commerce, Hindu College, Sonepat, Haryana. She earned her Ph.D in Commerce and double Masters in Management as well as Commerce. She is a gold medalist with several meritorious awards for her academic excellence. She is a passionate teacher with teaching experience of more than 15 years in subjects of Commerce and Management. She has established a lasting relationship with students by her exemplary behavior. Her research work encompasses “Emotional Intelligence” as one of the major area of study. She has published more than 15 research papers and presented her work in various National and International seminars& conferences. Teaching experience and research work made the author realize the scarcity of knowledge and understanding related to research methodology. So, the author came up with the idea of presenting “Research Methodology” in a comprehensive and coherent manner for the learners to provide them desirable skills to understand and implement research and research methods confidently.
