Dr. S. Fatima Zahara Jafri

The author is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Integral University, Lucknow. Her field of Specialisation is Muslim Law. She has, to her credit, many research papers and articles in various refereed journals. She received best paper award for her research paper titled “Talaq-ul-Biddat: the most Abhorrent form of Divorce in India”. Author hails from Tehsil Mendhar in District Poonch of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. She completed her B. A. LL. B. from The Law School, University of Jammu, Jammu. After completing her LL.B. she did her LL.M. from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Recently, she has completed her Ph.D. from the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh. She also qualified UGC NET in the year 2014.
