Dr. Deepali Virmani

Dr. Deepali Virmani is a distinguished academician with over two decades of experience in Computer Science and Information Technology. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Delhi and is currently the Professor and Head of the Guru Tegh Bahadur Innovation and Research Centre at GTBIT. Previously, she held leadership positions at Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and Bhagwan Parshuram Institute of Technology. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Data Science, Knowledge Engineering, Sensor Networks, and Artificial Intelligence. Dr. Virmani has published over 150 research papers, receiving more than 4,100 citations. She has guided over 100 B.Tech. projects and is supervising multiple Ph.D. scholars. Her contributions have been recognized with several awards, including the Best Researcher Award and Excellence in Research Award. Dr. Virmani is on the editorial board of various international journals and serves as an associate editor for Open Computer Science De Gruyter and Springer Nature. She is also a reviewer for leading IEEE, Elsevier, and Springer journals, reflecting her significant impact on the academic community.
