Dr. Bijal Shah

-Dr. Bijal Shah, Assistant Professor at Parul Institute of Management & Research, Faculty of Management Studies, Parul University, and Vadodara has 15 years of teaching experience. She has completed her Ph.D from the esteemed Sardar Patel University in the area of Women Entrepreneurship. She has also completed M.Phil and M.Com from Sardar Patel University in the area of Human Resource Management. Her Research interest areas are Human Resource Management, International HRM, and Strategic Human Resource. 4 research scholars are pursuing Ph.D Under her Guidance. She has published more than 40 Papers in national, international journals and conference proceedings. She has also presented papers in various national and international conferences. She has also attended various FDPs, workshops and seminars. She is recipient of best paper presentation award with 2nd rank in first E- International Conference held by FMS-Parul University. She is essaying the role of Work Integrated MBA programme Coordinator, Ph.D DRC coordinator, E-content coordinator. She is the recipient of best faculty in academic and research excellence award received by Dr Devanshu Patel, President of Parul University in the year of 2021 and 2023. She is heading multiple portfolios in Faculty of Management studies MBA at Parul University.
