Dr. Anshu Yadav

Dr. Anshu Yadav is Assistant Professor at Amity Business School, Noida. She is a dynamic trainer, teacher and researcher having more than 15 years of experience. She completed her Doctoral and Master’s in Business Administration with dual specialisation in HR. She has qualified UGC NET twice respectively in the subject of Management and HR. Her professional activities include role of Program Leader and member of IQAC and Accreditation cell, HR Club Head, editor of Anukriti Magazine, Program Review and outcome assessment committee. She has been invited as guest speak at reputed forms. She is a dedicated faculty and researcher, has published several research papers and cases in the many reputed indexed journals from the field of Human Resource and Organisational Behaviour. In addition to teaching and training to students of master’s level she has also imparted many training programs for corporate houses such as Tata Motors, commonwealth games, Officers of Armed forces and nationalised banks on soft skills, team building and behavioural skills
