Dr. AMIT VERMA

Dr.Amit Verma is Assistant Professor in the department of Commerce, Kalicharan PG College Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. He had done LLB, MBA, Ph.D. in Commerce & qualified UGC NET Two Times. He was also awarded with Honorary Ph.D. in Management. He has been nominated as Academic Member of Communication Institute of Greece, Athens, Greece. He was also invited by the St.Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT) in Mwanza, Tanzania, East Africa as a Chief speaker in Media Management Seminar. He served in various capacities in different reputed Colleges and a Private University of Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh & Uttrakhand and provided in-depth academic knowledge in various subjects. He has extensive hands on experience in conceptualizing strategies, building and knitting confidence level, measuring and evaluating efficiency of performance of young learners. He participated in various development programs, workshops, conferences, seminars and FDP’S. His strong point does not stop at creating an interest for the concept and communicating the required knowledge, counselling (personal & professional), planning a specific career, shifting attitude towards solving problems, nurturing basic values which added worth to the workplace. He has strong belief in self-motivation, an urge for excellence and the feeling of independence which helped in ensuring updated knowledge and a structured reorientation of the subject matter. He is very much inspired by Swami Vivekananda and his philosophy and he willingly follows the Swami Vivekananda philosophy of life. He is Secretary of Commerce and Management Assocation, India. He is life member of Lucknow Management Association, Lucknow and President of Swatantrata Sangram Senani Shrikrishna Verma Charitable trust, Lucknow. He is also member of Editorial Board in different International and National Journals such as International Journal of Multi-disciplinary Research and Technology, KAVYA Publication, ACME, KVIM Journal of Management & many others. He wrote Books on the subjects Essentials of Management, Organisational Behaviour and Research Methodology. He also edited books Entrepreneurship Amidst Pandemic COVID19, Emerging Business Practices and Trends during COVID-19 and Innovative Business Practices in the Present Digital Era.
