I come from an ARMY background in India and was trained on life lessons from a very young age, which made me mentally tough and grounded to the core values that I believed in. I had the opportunity to travel extensively, connect with people from various backgrounds and cultures which I absolutely loved. As a child I found happiness in small things around me. I had simple dreams of a simple life. Well!! We might want something from life but life might have other plans for us. Yes, life knocked and when I opened the door, it decided to test me in deep waters not once, not twice but over and over. I was ready! With each fall I got up with even more Strength and Power. Life decided to test me even harder and with that I became even more Tougher and Stronger and then there was no looking back. I never gave up, no matter what. Now, my dreams had become Big, my desire to help people had grown immensely. I was blessed with the gift to connect with people in a way it touched their heart and soul. By the time I was 16, I had started transforming lives and creating huge impact. I became a life transformational coach without knowing I was a life transformational coach. I am unstoppable person on a mission to touch 1 million lives by 2030. I am a People leader with over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across APAC in various multinational organisations. I have led Talent Acquisition function and Resource Management functions within HR for 8 countries in APAC.I was also the led the Diversity Program for entire APAC along with leading cross functional teams for various HR Projects. Won lot of excellence awards for supporting the business. I have also done a lot of work in Corporate Social Responsibility space. I hold Master’s degree in Computers and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics however my passion for helping and supporting people drove me towards HR. I have had the opportunity of being Area Director in Toastmasters and help and support the clubs and members achieve their goals. I do have a strong creative side as well. I have directed musical videos, am writer of a recently released short film in Nov’22, “Yahi hai lamha” (This is the moment) this film has been selected for Northeast India International Film Festival, author of my Autobiography. I have written heartfelt speeches for my public speaking gig and so much more.
