AVINASH KUMAR

Avinash Kumar, the author is involved in teaching from 5 years. He started his career in teaching from Sitamarhi Institute of technology, Sitamarhi, Bihar. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in the department of Civil Engineering at Government Engineering College Sheikhpura, under department of science and technology, Government of Bihar. He has joined the college as an Assistant Professor through final selection in Bihar Public Service Commission .He has done his Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from CIT Ranchi and obtained his Master of Technology from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Presently he is doing his Ph. D in Geotechnical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Patna under the supervision of Dr. Avijit Burman . He has a profound interest in writing textbooks. He has vast experience in teaching. His area of interest includes Environmental Engineering, Surveying, Transportation engineering, Structural Analysis, Fluid mechanics, Hydraulic Engineering, Water resources Engineerig and strength of material.
