Akshaya Kishor Srivastava

Akshaya Kishor Srivastava currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law in a prestigious institution. He has completed his LL.M in Constitutional Law from the University of Allahabad and pursuing his PhD in Intellectual Property Rights. He is Certified Network Security Analyst from ICSI, United Kingdom. He is certified in Marketing Management from IIT Kanpur. He has got the opportunity to participate in the INSPIRE-2009 PROGRAM, Ministry of Education & Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India. He is also UGC-NET qualified. His teaching and research areas are Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Land Laws and Intellectual Property Laws. He has contributed numerous research papers and articles in reputed journals. He has presented his research work at various National & International Conferences at National Law Schools, IITs, IIITs, Central Universities and Research Institutions. He has participated in various seminars, workshops, symposiums and certificate courses in reputed National & International Institutions. He authored one book on Constitutional Law and one book co-authored "The Masks We Wear" published in the United States of America.
